# Third-party notices

- Application baseline: OpenKrillion contributors, Copyright (c) 2026, MIT. Full notice is retained in LICENSE and distributed to players at assets/MIT-LICENSE.txt. Upstream: https://github.com/VulcanEon/openkrillion.com-service .
- Existing procedural pixel ocean, companion sprites and synthesized sounds are preserved under the upstream MIT declaration. The new Endless Dive emblem and authored question wording/configuration are also MIT.
- VT323 font: Peter Hull and contributors, SIL Open Font License. Full license: public/assets/VT323-LICENSE.txt.
- No original-game reference question snapshots, artwork or player distributions are included. Reference synchronization, scheduled imports and administrative sync endpoints are disabled/removed. Public access to other games' APIs is not a content license.
- New finite factual sets use IUPAC, NASA, US Census, NATO, FIDE, BIPM and Gregorian calendar references for verification. Source prose, graphics and layouts are not copied or relicensed. See src/content/bank.mjs and docs/CONTENT.md for evidence and independently authored predicates.
- Former outbound provider logos are removed from this fork's runtime bundle. No endorsement or affiliation with CrazyGames, the original game, source institutions or OpenKrillion is claimed.
- Endless Dive is the operator-selected title. Trademark clearance has not been completed.
- Promotional covers in release-assets are newly AI-generated with the built-in imagegen tool. No third-party image reference was supplied. They are separate from the original MIT procedural game artwork; generated image copyrightability may vary by jurisdiction. See release-assets/README.md and prompts.json. Gameplay previews are recordings of this local fork.
